prAna created the Revolution natural sticky mat in collaboration with John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga. It is constructed with dual cotton scrim, which creates a strong, stable practice surface that won’t bunch. At 30″ wide and 78″ long, this prAna yoga mat is much larger than standard yoga mats. It is also sturdy and eco-friendly, made with three biodegradable rubber layers are heat laminated without glue.

In some practices, alternate nostril breathing balances the prana that flows within the body. When prana enters a period of uplifted, intensified activity, it is called Pranotthana.
